1. Hike the Cascade Springs Trail

Sometimes all you want is an empty trail in a quiet forest. The lush and serene Cascades Spring Trail fits the bill for anyone needing an escape from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta. Learn more.

Just on the edge of Atlanta, the Sope Creek area has a maze of trails that wind next to the Chattahoochee River. Be sure to explore the ruins of an 18th century mill. Learn more.
