An increible route to bike with kids and all the family, very easy and beautiful with amazing landscapes.

Travelling and discovering new places to enjoy with my family is one of my hobbies. I love when you get to places and discover landscapes you would not imagine. That happens to us in Asturias, wich is placed in nort of Spain.

This state combines the beach and high mountains in a short place wich makes and incredible views all around.

There are wonderful places but i´m going to tell you about La Senda del Oso wich is placed in the middle of the mountains but with easy access.

The route starts Entrago - Teverga - Asturias. It a wide well paved path which passes through forest and tunnels, with a river on your side.

It has a little slope so you can do it in bike with your family with no difficult at all.

We rented the bikes there and started the route. At the very beginning there are some walls that people use for climbing and during the path there were several places where you can sit and enjoy nature or just have a snack.

You can hear the wildlife, and see huge mountains and peaks close to you. Going through the tunnels is very fun for the kids.

The easy route is 18 km long and it takes two hours to be accomplished. At the end of it there is a fenced place where you can sea four brown bears, the kids really loved it.

When you finish the route, you can have a lunch on the picnic areas or in several restaurants close to the route. After it they pick us up and we go back to the start.

Also some people took an alternative rout in which you bike 10 km extra. Going to a beautiful lake called Valdemurrio and back to the route, it really worth the try if you go alone or in couple, but with kids it is a little difficult.

So if you want to enjoy a wonderful day with your family La Senda del Oso is the solution.
