Experience some of the best urban exploring Milwaukee has to offer by taking a quick trip to Jones' Island.

Urban explorers, meet your new favorite spot. Located right outside of downtown Milwaukee, Jones' Island is home to a water reclamation facility, road salt storage, milorganite, the Port of Milwaukee and more. But us explorers view it as a desolate haven ready to become our canvas. Train tracks are everywhere with unused rail cars sitting on top. Mounds of salt beg to be climbed. Rusting, abandoned equipment surrounds you. Freeway undersides make for chill hangout spots. That's just the tip of it all. There's tons more to discover around Jones' Island and if you decide to head there to check it out, try going on a Saturday or Sunday and you won't be bothered by ANYONE. Enjoy!
