This park provides many amenities, plenty of parking, a boat launch, shoreline trails, shelters, grills, benches and picnic tables. Lake Wausau welcomes all forms of fishing including healthy sized muskies that put up a fight. If tubing, water skiing or sand bar chilling are more your speed, there are plenty of on-water spots to occupy. For the land dwellers, egrets and herons are regular visitors to watch and photograph.
