Ice Cream Cruise on Lake Union (Temporarily Closed)

My family and I were in Seattle for a wedding and I believe my mom across this gem being advertised. We had a great time and it was an affordable way to get onto the water and something everyone of all ages could do. I love checking out houseboats, being on the water, and ice cream, so it was a win win for me!  The Captain did a fun tour of Lake Union and an interesting history of his boat.  The views were great and we all had a blast.  

If I remember correctly it was a small operation, there were only 2 crew members - one person driving and one selling ice cream. It’s about a 45 minute cruise. It only takes place on Sundays.

The m/v Fremont Avenue will be moored just to the MOHAI Museum of History and Industry in S. Lake Union Park."
