Kaylor's Knob Trail Reviews

Kaylor’s Knob Trail is a nice 1.8-mile hike in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The trailhead sign says it’s moderately challenging, but it’s wasn’t too difficult for the young boys in our group or the oldest at 60 yrs. The trail was well-marked with a few places for looking out to other surrounding hills.

1.8 mile out + back with mildly rocky patches, mostly shaded, well traveled, some narrow spots, with several views on either side of the beloved blue ridge. I loved my time on this hot July day to experience this stretch of VA’s beauty.
