This 2-mile loop trail is rated as moderate, making it suitable for hikers with some experience. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, and nature trips and is accessible year-round. The trail offers a variety of natural features. It winds through a mix of open meadows and wooded areas, providing a diverse landscape for hikers. The trail also crosses several small streams, adding an element of challenge. One of the key highlights of the trail is the panoramic view of Salt Lake City it offers from the top. The trail also features a historic stone bridge, a popular spot for photography. For those planning a hike, it's recommended to wear sturdy shoes due to the uneven terrain. Parley's Historic Nature Park Trail Loop Reviews

People are supposed to clean up after their dogs but the entrance and first quarter mile really stinks of dog poop from irresponsible owners. There are mostly off leash dog trails. Protected areas that are restricted but dogs running around in them despite the signs. Multiple trails Dead end creek Overall pleasant even without a dog
