Swimming: is permitted and often enjoyed by visitors looking to cool off during warmer months. The water is generally clean, and the shoreline near the boat ramp and day-use areas provides easy access.
Wildlife Viewing: Deer, elk, birds of prey, and other wildlife are often spotted in the surrounding forest and meadows.

Hiking & ATV Access: The reservoir sits near several forest service roads and trailheads, offering hiking, mountain biking, and OHV access.

Access is via FR 087, a graded dirt road from Highway 12 near Bryce Canyon. The road is usually passable by most vehicles in dry conditions, but check local weather and road reports.
