5 Spots for Epic Stargazing in Yosemite National Park
It's hard to beat a night under the stars in Yosemite.
Yosemite is one of the best places in the country for virtually every outdoor adventure. Backpacking, camping, hiking, photography and so many other activities in the park are about as good as it gets, so it's no surprise that Yosemite's stargazing also happens to be world-class.
We've picked a few of our favorite spots below and we encourage you to check out some of the guided stargazing experiences in Yosemite led by knowledgeable naturalists. If camping or backpacking aren't on the agenda for you, you don't want to be driving out of the park after a late night of stargazing, so check out some of the amazing options for lodging.
Rally your favorite stargazing buddies, pack a headlamp and a warm drink, and settle in for a night you won't soon forget!
