Aspen gold never disappoints.

While there are hundreds of places around the country with pretty remarkable fall foliage displays, Aspen is definitely one of our favorites. There's something really calming about walking through a grove of aspen trees, engulfed in the resounding golden color, with nothing on your mind but where to go for a beer in town afterwards. You can pretty much guarantee that any hiking trail in Aspen will have incredible fall leaves, but here are three of our favorite fall adventures in the area.
