Stay on a Floating Bungalow in Khao Sok National Park, Thailand

Khao Sok National Park can be reached through the city of Surat Thani by minibus. At the entrance, there are many guesthouses who organize overnight stays on the bungalows, starting as low as about 2000 baht (about 55 U.S. dollars), but it can cost more depending on what you are looking for. This typically includes a night on the bungalow, transportation to the dam, a longtail boat ride to the bungalows, meals, and some offer free use of kayaks. It's also possible to reach the dam and hire a boat yourself without organizing it through a guesthouse or tour company.
