Short forest trail featuring a serene lake. A simple hike good for families and people of all skill levels near Conroe, Texas. Also a great location for trail running!
Trail is a 3.5 mile loop. Trail is dog friendly and accessible year-round. The trail is also open to horses, and the outer trail is extra wide. The lake is relatively secluded, and a great place to have a snack or drink some water. Parking gets a bit hard to find later in the day, so come early!
