Cypress Creek Trail is a 2.3 mile loop hike located near Cypress, Texas that takes you by a river.

This trail is great for all skill levels and a number of different activities like walking, hiking, running, and bird watching. The trail itself is partially paved, but has access to more wooded, grassy, and dirt areas too. Be on the lookout for both wildlife and wildflowers along the way.

To avoid getting lost, study or bring a trail map with you. There are many off-shoots to embark on that may extend your route. Some have reported many mosquitos along this trail, so also be sure to wear bug repellent to avoid getting bit.

Overall, this trail has great scenery and is a nice place to go to get some fresh air. It is accessible all year round and is both kid and dog friendly. All dogs must be leashed.
