The Seven Bridge Walk is a wonderful hike in San Diego and parts of Balboa Park.
The Seven Bridge Walk is a 5.2 mile loop through urban San Diego with scenic views, neat bridges, and gorgeous palm trees. Dogs are allowed on the trail, and the loop is perfect for families and all skill levels. On a Sunday, you will go through the Hillcrest farmers market - a great spot for coffee, fresh fruit, flowers, and other trinkets and snacks. Bread & Cie is has amazing sandwiches! If you park at the Inez Rose Garden, you will be very close to the first bridge crossing.
Wear a hat and sunscreen on sunny days. Bring water!

Seven Bridge Walk Loop Reviews
A fun urban walk to start the new year. We parked near Balboa Park - started near bathrooms and ended near bathrooms since there are really no public ones along the route. This was an easy stroll to really cool bridges (my favorite was the suspension bridge) and some cute neighborhoods. We did pause to pop into Lestats for some chai lattes and breakfast.

Just did this last weekend, it’s very mild and flat so anyone can do it! Beautiful too!! Thanks :-)

I like this walk because you can make it a fast walk or a leisurely stroll and it’s basically flat so anyone can join ya. You can also take Park Blvd or go through Florida canyon between Georgia & the Rose Garden to make it a little more adventurous.
