Visit Bowman’s Hill Tower
New Hope, Pennsylvania
Description

An incredible overlook in Bucks County
Right off of River Road (Rt. 32), Bowman's Hill is one of the best views in Bucks County. When driving on River Road, you will see a sign for Bowman's Tower that leads to the top, where there is an ample amount of parking. From there, walk a short distance and then climb the tower for the view.
The Tower was built in 1929-1931 to commemorate what may have been a lookout point for Washington’s troops to watch for enemy activity on the Delaware River. Nearby, you can visit Washington's Crossing Historical Park (yes, where GW crossed the Delaware!) as well as New Hope, a lively town with lots of restaurant options. Continue driving north (taking a left out of Bowman's Tower onto River Road) for both of these spots.

Visit Bowman’s Hill Tower Reviews
Visited here with my family several times as a kid. I remember the awesome, sweeping views in all directions! It was a nice way to get the view without the hard work of climbing up a mountain, though I believe you have to pay in order to go to the top.
