About this place

Added by Outbound

The Fullerton Loop Trail is an 11.2 mile loop featuring a scenic lake and viewpoints. The trail is an easy day trip from Orange or LA, and is open for use year round!

The Fullerton Loop Trail is a patchwork of old horseback riding trails that run along property lines and railroad beds. There are plenty of side trails along the main loop if you'd like to explore or expand your hike. These side trails are great for mountain bikers who'd like more advanced terrain.

The trail is typically hiked clockwise, starting in the main parking lot with a warm-up path that leads over a small bridge to the first hill. The trail is shared by hikers, mountain bikers, trail runners and horseback riders.
