This short hike leads to a swing bridge over the idyllic Blue Pools.

From the carpark the trail can easily be identified across the street. A short walk through native beech forest and over a long swing-bridge takes you to the boardwalk just before reaching the bridge over the Blue Pools.

Hike to the Blue Pools Reviews

Great stop to stretch your legs if you're driving from the West Coast to Wanaka/Queenstown. One of my favorite stops on that drive!

This is a great short walk with some beautiful views of the water and mountains around the area. I walked here in the winter, but looks like it would be a great place to swim during the summer. Definitely a place to check out if you're in Wanaka
