The Plateau Mountain via Stony Clove Trail is an approximately 10 mile loop through a scenic forest with incredible views in Catskill State Park.
Due to the more advanced nature of this trail, this is a great location for hikers wishing to find a bit of solitude. The views from the top of Plateau Mountain make the elevation efforts well worth it. In the spring, this trail features wonderful wildflowers and in the fall, this trail features insane amounts of colorful leaves and trees.
