Great Gully Falls Trail

Interloken Trail is a point-to-point trail that takes you by a lake located near Trumansburg, New York.

Head 12 miles south on Route 41A along Skaneateles Lake from Skaneateles NY. Make a left onto Appletree Point Road  and go a little more than a half mile to where the intersection of Carver Road is. Smith Woods is a 32 acre old growth forest in Trumansburg, NY, directly across from the Trumansburg Fairgrounds. Start by parking in the Shur Save parking lot, and walk to the corner of the woods where you will find a sign and trail blazes. The trail is an easy .5 mile loop hike through the woods with minimal change in elevation (30 ft at the most).

The Ithaca area is known for waterfalls, this waterfall is maybe lesser known but still a great place to visit and photograph and is easy to reach. Ludlowville Falls is located in a small park called Ludlowville Park.  It is a beautiful and unique waterfall.
