MT Monadnocks White Arrow Trail offers views of New Hampshire, Vermont and Massachusetts at an elevation as high as 3,166 feet .
Arriving at the Old Toll Road/Halfway House Trail head you will have $5 entrance fee. Starting on the Old Toll road you'll find yourself walking on a gradual incline into the beautiful New Hampshire wilderness. Everything you see and smell is fresh and vibrant. Following the road for 1.1 miles you will meet the Half Way House which offers views of the West and Summit. The adventure has yet to begin. The mile long stretch to the summit will sure make you sweat testing all levels of experience, this is a serious calf burner. The strenuous incline will be well worth it once you take in the panoramic views Mt Monadnock has to offer. One of the coolest feature of the hike is being able to hike up massive rocks to the summit. This is a one of a kind adventure that must be on your to-do list and soon to be completed!
