About this place

Added by Outbound

The Boy Scout Hot Spring Trail is a 7.6 mile hike perfect for experienced hikers who want to find some solitude and a challenging hike in Lake Mead National Recreation Area.

This trail is also accessible from the Colorado River just below the Hoover Dam. Walk through wash from the river then enter a slot canyon and encounter numerous waterfalls. There are anchored ropes to assist in climbing up some of the waterfalls.

The trail features a hot spring, and is typically used by hikers. The trail is available for use year round.

Awesome Place
I visited the hot springs by hiking up from the river. This is a fun canyon to explore and the springs are perfect for a relaxing soak.
