Green Point Dunes Nature Preserve

Located just south of Elberta along scenic M-22, the Green Point Dunes Nature Preserve offers a peaceful and uncrowded loop hike through a stunning mix of hardwood forest, towering sand dunes, and sweeping blufftop views of Lake Michigan. Dog Policy:

• Dogs are allowed, but must be on leash at all times to protect sensitive dune vegetation and wildlife.

• Please pack out all pet waste and follow Leave No Trace guidelines.

• Best visited in spring through fall, but accessible in winter for snowshoeing.
