The Ogle Lake to Trail 9 Loop is primarily used for hiking and trail running, full of beautiful forrest terrain.

Ogle Lake to Trail 9 Loop is a loop trail located near Nashville, Indiana. This trail is moderately difficult due to its distance, elevation and terrain. The trail can be highly trafficked around the beginning of the trailhead, but once you make it to the Trail 9 Loop it tends to clear out and has much less foot traffic. Please make note that there are some steep parts of the hike, mostly near the merging area onto Trail 9 Loop but these are very short-lived. The steep parts of the hike are not long and are definitely worth it, for the end of the hike view! Views of the Ogle hike are beautiful and can be seen basically from any part of the hike. Dogs are allowed on this hike but they must be kept on leash!

Ogle Lake To Trail 9 Loop Reviews

Came here with my wife's family to hike and mountain bike. After a log day we decided to add this hike on and extend it a bit more. The lake wasn't too impressive, but the hike was fairly nice! We did not do the full 9.4 miles, we only did about 4-6 miles (the whole bottom loop and the bit down towards the lake).
