Hike the Little Grand Canyon Trail

3.6 Miles Round Trip - 365 ft gain - Loop Trail

Little Grand Canyon Trailhead - Search Nearby - Added by The Outbound Collective

A scenic canyon hike that takes you both along the rim and down into the canyon.

The trail starts along Hickory Ridge, the southern rim of the canyon. Continue on the trail as it begins to descend into the canyon, following the white diamond markers – you can make a quick stop off along a side path, which leads to some scenic river views. When you reach a stone staircase in the trail, be cautious as it can be slippery. The stairs will take you back up to the parking lot.

Better Be In Shape And Have Good Shoes

Great hike albeit challenging. When they say difficult- it is. You climb down a waterfall to get to the valley with spectacular rock formations. Guess what? You climb another waterfall to get back to trailhead. Still highly recommended
