Description

A quick 1.4 mile loop provides the perfect opportunity to get outside before or after work.
Roxborough State Park is located on the outskirts of Littleton, Colorado. Boasting incredible red rock formations and abundant wildlife, it is the perfect place for a quick escape outside.
The Willow Creek Loop connects to the two parking lots in the park, so it is impossible to miss. With only the slightest uphills and mostly flat, even terrain, its a great hike to take your older or younger family members on. It also connects to the Carpenter Peak trail and the South Rim trail, so if you feel the need to challenge yourself or make your hike last a little longer, it's easy to add some distance.
Roxborough has limited winter hours, and they lock the gates at closing time, so make sure you're aware of the time while you're there.
