Awesome day trip!

Peggy's cove is accompanied by a beautiful scenic, but short drive. The "village" is spectacularly charming and quaint. Its an experience of a life time! You absolutely have to have lunch & try the seafood.

Beautiful views

Great for photography

Cove Of Peggy

This place never gets old... From the tide to the horizon! You can have waves violently smashing on the rocks and the wind is so strong that you can lean into it! Or it'll be calm and colourful waters! Make sure you stay OFF the dark coloured rocks, one wrong step and you can slip and into the ocean you go! Seriously, people have disappeared because they haven't been careful! Check your sunset times, come early and explore the coast line, have a bite to eat and watch the sunset! You won't be disappointed!

This isn't much of trail so be prepared to bushwhack. If you pull over at the end of Old Baxters Harbour Road, you'll see a sign and a map outline of the trails.

This is a Nova Scotia classic and a well-known hike. The trailhead has been recently upgraded by the province so parking is no longer a major concern.

Hike to Blue Falls & Healy Brook Falls

The trails are easy to find. The river goes underneath an overpass and both trails, on the other side. The paths are both easy to walk through. A beginner would have no problems.
