This is a great hike with ocean views only about 10 miles from San Francisco.

Starting just before the Tennessee Valley parking lot, head out from the Miwok Trailhead. This Mill Valley hike offers incredible views of the San Francisco Bay, the Pacific Ocean (fog permitting of course!), and on occasion, wildlife. Unfortunately, this trail is not dog-friendly.

Keep in mind these trails can get crowded on the weekends especially due to their closeness to San Francisco.

Coyote Ridge Loop is Tennessee Valley is a trail close to San Francisco with ocean views, easy parking, and restrooms at the trailhead. I’d you’re heading here on the weekend, be sure to arrive early as it starts to get crowded later in the morning.
