Relax at Heisler Park

Located in Laguna Beach, California, Heisler Park is just past Main Beach, so it's the perfect place to avoid the typical tourist crowds. There's plenty of parking at Heisler Park, however you will have to pay, so come with a friend to split the cost! Luckily, if you plan on going to catch the sunset, parking is only paid for until 7pm. After parking, make your way down the set of stairs on the left. You will see a small grove of palm trees on your lefthand side as you make your way down the stairs before reaching the sand at the beach below. This spot overlooks Divers Cove, a popular locals surfing destination. With a few palm trees, it's easy to put up multiple hammocks in this area. If you don't have a hammock though, don't worry! This spot is perfect for a cliffside picnic overlooking the ocean.
