Bidwell Park: Salmon and Bear Swimming Holes

Bidwell Park in Chico, California is home to several swimming holes and Salmon Swimming Hole and Bear Swimming Hole can be easily reached from the parking lot. The GPX track shows how to reach Salmon Hole next to the parking area, then hike southwest less than one mile if you'd like to visit Bear Hole as well. 

The swimming holes are fed by Big Chico Creek, which runs through the majority of Bidwell Park. At the park, there are multiple hiking trails, a disc golf course, and picnic areas.
