Australia Wentworth Falls Parking Area

Added by Zach Freund

5.6km loop hike189m elevation gainThe trail leads past Wentworth Falls and three other active flowing waterfalls

While you are on Highway 32 (away from Sydney) you will look for Falls Road on the right (heading south). Follow this until you get to the parking lot. Once to the parking lot follow signs for the National Pass trail.

Hike down a cliff edge carved into the stone, and follow it all the way to the bottom where you can look up at the vast waterfall and cliff. As you hike along, you get views of the valley. The trail will lead you to a 6 kilometer round trip trail past multiple waterfalls, and tons of amazing views along the way!

How to Get There

Beautiful Day Trip From Sydney

This is an extremely beautiful walk with plenty of waterfalls and amazing views over the Blue Mountains National Park. The walk will only take about 2 hours one way. You can choose to take the Undercliff Track back to your car or return the way you came. Highly recommended!

The hike is quite well marked, identified by blue markers, but as this park has several trails that cross paths, make sure to bring your map.
