This is a great Creek to kayak in Northwest Arkansas, makes for a fun day trip or afternoon float. Little Sugar Creek is perfect for kayaking and wade fishing but check the water level before your trip. With easy access and Little Sugar Creek Shuttle Service it is an ideal Creek to float after work or on a nice weekend.

Little Sigar Creek comes out of Bella Vista Lake, this upper section down through the golf courses is great fishing when the water is up. Little Sugar is a hidden gem in the middle of Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri. The section of creek that flows through Missouri is my favorite to kayak. One of my favorite day floats is from the Jane Walmart down to the Griffith Ford bridge, there is great small mouth fishing throughout this section with good structure and deep holes. Another great float is from the Griffith Ford bridge down to where Little Sugar flows into the Elk River, take out at Three Rivers Canoe and Campground. This is more of a day float, especially if your taking time out to bank/wade fish. Little Sugar is the best to kayak when the water is up, but the best fishing is when the water is lower and the fish are all congregated in deep holes. Between it's accessibility and Sugar Creek Kayak transportation service, fishing,  and the beautiful scenery Little Sugar Creek is one of my favorite kayaking spots.
