This place is great! Lots to do and a fun stop for a family. They have a cool butterfly exhibit during certain times of the year. Gorgeous plants and plenty of photography opportunities! If you time it right, catch a sunset across the street at Olbrich Park! There's even a beer garden in the park during summer months.

Loved this hike! Hike is easy and so was parking. It was not too crowded either! Would be a great place for a sunrise!!

I enjoyed this trail. It's so vast, scenic, and easy to get to. I always recommend this trail to people going to Sedona. It is right along a jeep trail, which can be fun, or obnoxious; we love Jeeps so had fun watching them!

Something for everyone in the family here! So much to see, explore, and do! Could easily spend a half day to a day here. We stayed w/in walking distance from here, so I cannot comment on parking. Clean bathrooms!

Fun drive with lots of potentials for pull offs and some nice day hikes. The visitor center was informative and a good place to start like the description says. Nice views all around! Fun to look at all the rocks and look for climbers!

We didn't do an overnight, but it would be a great location for that! We saw several tents. Fun hike! Nice that there were a few different hot springs in varying temperatures! Easy and free parking. Would do this one again!

Had a blast doing this hike. It was our first hot springs hike! Like others have said, it's very exposed so bring lots of water, sunscreen and a hat. Parking was easy and free!

Love this part of Milwaukee. Tons to see and do. Keep taking the trail to the marina and look at the boats; that's one of my favorite things to do! Great views, peaceful, and plenty of areas to stop and soak in the views.

I have done some of the trails in this park. It's a great get away from the city. Some of the trails are wooded and then there's the Oak Leaf Trail that you can take all along Lake Michigan and other parts of the city.

I wouldn't make a special trip just for this, but this was right on our way on a road trip, so it made for a nice pitstop to get out and stretch our legs. Filled with lots of interesting history. Was decently crowded when we stopped. Enjoyed our visit!

Nice, quieter beach! And excellent spot for sunsets!! Bring a picnic and soak in the views!

Beautiful, easy to access, can get crowded! Soak in these beautiful views. Take your time, wander down some trails, and then relax on the beach!

The ocean water near Monterey is insanely beautiful. The blue in contrast to the seaside cliffs is mesmerizing. This was a wonderful hike that all levels can do!

I love Hwy 1!!!! One of my favorite places in the world! Monterey or Carmel is where I hope to move and/or retire someday. So many beautiful beaches. Not as busy as other parts of CA on the coast. This drive offers breathtaking scenery, charming towns, and lots of options for pull offs with hikes, beaches, photography options, and so much more!

Great way to end the night! We lucked out and there were only about 7 other people there the night we went! Scenic and neverending views! Plus, it was a fun drive up to the trailhead.

Must do in Tahoe. Gorgeous view of the lake. Easy parking (sometimes it can fill up though). Beautiful all times of the day, all times of the year! Stop here, but be sure to explore more around the area too, whether it's Eagle Falls for a quick stop, or a hike in Desolation Wilderness!

Love Emerald Bay! So much to do: hike, relax at a beach, kayak, etc! Breathtaking views! You have to stop here if you are in Tahoe, even in the winter!

Nice hike. Did it in the winter, so harder to follow a trail but we figured it out! We were the only people out there and had a blast! Beautiful scenery!

Scenic views, dogs all around to watch! I loved this beach. Mountains reflecting on the water. Hard to beat!

Quiet, secluded, and plenty of room to run around! Threw a frisbee around here with a TON of space, relaxed on the beach, and walked around. There were just a few groups of people here and we had a great day. The dunes are pretty and a unique piece of our ecosystem. Love the Monterey area!

Truthfully, I am probably biased because I want to move and/or retire in this area, so I absolutely love this place! Nice walking trails right on the coast. And not just any coast, some of the prettiest coast in the world in my opinion! The blue water and all the rocks and cliffs make this part of CA so special. Plus, all the wildflowers make it even more photogenic!

I enjoyed this hike. It had an easy to follow trail and nice views of LA and the greater area. Went on a weekend and ran into a lot of people, which is to be expected, but it wasn't horrible in terms of LA crowds.

Steep cliffsides, gorgeous ocean, and right on the PCH! This is a beach not to miss! Free parking if you park on the hwy. Pay attention to the park sign so you don't miss it. Relaxing (but busy) beach! Also, fun to walk south on the beach and check out all the houses.

Bathrooms, free parking on the street (and paid right there), plenty of space! Malibu has so many beaches to offer and this one is super easy to access! Note: I did not surf here, just went for a beach day and walk.
