Pentachaeta Loop is a loop trail that takes you by a lake located near Westlake Village, California.

The trail is open year-round and is kept in good condition. The trail is shared by hikers, trail runners, and mountain bikers.  The first part of the hike is very family friendly, but after turning onto Mustard Rd the incline steepens slightly. Bring binoculars to see snow on distant peaks. Dogs are not allowed on this trail.
