Tecopa hot tub is a small tub located in the town of Tecopa, California near Death Valley National Park. There are two hot spring resorts in town, but also two free pools as well (see the other free pool – Tecopa Mud Hot Springs).

This pool is a short drive away from the resort area and provides a little serenity in the Mojave desert. Keep an eye out for the large palm tree that the pool sits beneath making it stick out in the desert setting.

Pool:
One concrete pool, which fits 4-6 people. The temperature is typically between 95-100 degrees Fahrenheit, but can be a little fickle and warm up beyond this. Be sure to check it before fully entering the pool. Note this pool is clothing optional.

Amenities:
Amenities are limited at this location. There is no camping in the immediate vicinity of the pool; however, there is camping available on nearby public lands.

Note:
This drive can be a little challenging and is not recommended for 2WD after a recent rain. Also please stock up on any necessities while in the town of Tecopa as there are no resources available at the pool.
