Kuna, Idaho
Description
Added by Forrest Tindall
Awesome photography and hangout spot. Close to good post adventure tacos!
To access the Kuna Caves, turn onto Kuna Cave Rd, then take a right on Black Cat Rd. Next turn left on an unmarked road - if you reach W. Dickman Rd you've gone too far. You will then need to open a cattle gate, designating public BLM land. Past the gate, follow the dirt "road" for a hundred feet or so until reaching the cave entrance.
The cave is entered by climbing 50 feet down a steel encaged ladder. The cave itself remains around 56 degrees year round, and is about a quarter mile long.

We brought our kids here only to see graffiti and garbage throughout the cave. From beer cans to a burned sofa. It was really cool to be in a cave but so sad what people have done to it. I’d like to come back with a dumpster and a power washer. 😥
