We followed the Garibaldi Lake trail up the winding switchbacks for 6km, until following signs towards Taylor Meadows. For future reference, this would've been a great place to camp if we had extended this trip over two days. We continued through Taylor Meadows until reaching the Black Tusk junction, at which we continued straight. At the next junction, we turned right and headed up the Panorama Ridge. The end of the hike is a fairly steep incline, but the views from the top make the effort completely worth it! The entire route is very well marked and the trail is well worn. I went with a group of friends from the Varsity Outdoors Club at University of British Columbia, and we had the absolute best time! The panoramic view from the top was absolutely incredible on such a clear day.

Panorama Ridge, Garibaldi Provincial Park, BC Reviews

Absolutely incredible views. I did this hike in the summer, but I've heard it's a beautiful one to complete year round. Fairly long, but totally do-able. Be sure to pack lots of food and water!
