Beautiful scenery, camping available, solitude, rewarding pictures, amazing night sky.

I was camped out 100 yards off of the Scenic Byway by the Bonneville Salt Flats, some friends and I waiting till about 10:00 P.M. to start our astrophotography session, it was almost perfectly clear skies, with crisp chilly air, making for ideal conditions for night shooting. We had Explored a ways from the Bonneville Speedway and the surrounding area, wandering towards unnamed buttes and hills, using our DSLR gear to scavenge wonderful night shots of the beautiful sky.
