Blendon Woods is a favorite metro Park. The trails are well maintained and rarely crowded. The trails are easy, great place t see birds!

Rough Trail to Hanson's Point

Possibly the best view and all of Red River Gorge. Handsome point extends out into the gorge and gives you a panoramic view. It’s a moderate hike to the point. There’s also a great area to camp, if your backpacking in Red River Gorge.
