I am fortunate to get to explore new cities and travel for work, in the meantime I look to find the most epic trails and views while I’m visiting the town. I am a. Active trail runner, skateboarder, surfer and outdoor enthusiast. See you outside!

Part of the Phoenix zoo is natural rock has a hole in it where you sit in it and watch the sunset over Phoenix, absolutely incredible! Worth a trip if you are anywhere near it lots of different places to view lots of different rocks decline!

This is a super cool trail free entry in the cave. Here is awesome! Lots of shade lots of great views little bit of elevation but all in all a fantastic trail and it’s right next to a lake that has another loop trail that wraps all the way around it if you’re in the area, this is just to see.

This trail in Southlake/Grapvine TEXAS!! Is fantastic. Lots of views by the water, trails run in sun and the shade off and on. Plenty of refresher spots to dip yojr hands in tbe lake and splash your face. Saw some horses walkimg on the trail and ones in a ranch. Dry sandy trail is easy to follow. So far this is one of my favorite trails near Dallas. 20 min outside of downtown. 3.5 down and back and parkimg at both ends. The north side parking is at the park with restrooms. Highly recommend!!!

Overall review is this place pretty amazing for a local trail near Dallas. If it just rained recently, the trail will be very muddy as you can see in some of the pictures I got some brand new mother natures 2 pound weights to carry with me. The trails are cut and easy to followmountain biking hiking running PS there’s no lake on Lake Loop but all in all a beautiful and fun trail to explore the park has picnic tables grills and canopies go enjoy!

My absolute favorite part was sitting on a rock next to the small waterfall at the beginning of Marys Glide Trail. It was the most peaceful spot to sit and relax, Especially after going the opposite way for 6 miles before i found it! There was lots of change of scenery throughout these trails from the tight forest trails, lots of elevation, Rocky pathways open preservation and the lakes. This is a great trail if you want to put in some miles or just cut a short walk parking is very easy and having a map in hand was handy, especially after my phone died. Most intersections are marked with signs, lots of neat camping spots! Remember to help clean up the trails and if you have time and see a spot that needs clearing take care of it as our national Park Rangers are diminishing, have fun and go outside!
