This hike leads you to refreshing swimming holes and heart-pumping cliff jumps!
This hike is located in the Angeles National Forest. An adventure pass is needed for parking (5 dollars a day or 30 dollars annually).
The trail is mostly shaded and about 3 miles in an out. Lots and lots of bugs, so bring bug spray! Make sure you keep right on the way down . Mostly downhill, so the trek up can get rough! That's ok, because you can cool off and stay cool in the waters of Hermit Falls! When I went (Fall) the water was super cold so I didn't jump, but I took a quick dip.
There are two different sections, with two different ropes to help you climb up and down the rocks. Just be careful because the rocks get slippery when wet. So even if you don't plan on going in, you just might end up there!
Plenty of flat rocks to just hang out on, have a nice lunch, or just chill.
