Easy 3,556 foot mountain with views as good as any of the high peaks.Parking is available at the beginning of Ausable Road. Walk up Ausable Road about .4 miles and you will see the trail head and sign in book on your left. The trail will then lead through the pass between Noonmark, Dix and Round.Once past here the trail will become steep. However, not as bad as many of the high peaks.At about an hour in you will reach the false peak which holds stunning views of Big Slide and the Great Range. Past here becomes more steep and will be challenging in the winter without crampons.
