Cozy up with a good book next to the gas fireplace in the living room. A pair of plush sofas and a love seat provide comfortable seating for the whole group.

Find additional hangout space in the loft, furnished with a large sectional sofa and a recliner. Watch movies on the 46” TV.


The well-equipped kitchen features a gas range and has a starter supply of dish soap and paper towels for your convenience. Prepare favorite foods with ease, thanks to a full roster of helpful gadgets, including a crockpot, griddle, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, and blender.

When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table with seating for eight.


This home sleeps up to nine guests in five bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Stretch out on a king-size bed in the master bedroom and store your belongings in a large closet and dresser. The master also boasts a 46” TV and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Upstairs, the second bedroom features a full-size bed, while the third bedroom has a twin bed. Freshen up in the second bathroom, which holds a walk-in shower.

The fourth and fifth bedroom are both located on the first floor and feature queen-size beds. A tub/shower combination equips the third bathroom.


After a fun-filled day of explorations, spend time in the inviting outdoor spaces. Shoot hoops in the driveway or eat lunch at the picnic table in the front yard. Out back, a fenced yard provides a grassy space for yard games.

Additional outdoor seating is stored inside the garage, and an outdoor shower is located around the side of the house.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
