ABOUT THE CONDO

After a fun-filled day on the mountain, relax in the welcoming living room. Stretch out on the sofa and armchairs to watch a movie on the 48” flat screen TV with DVD player and surround sound. Or choose one of the board games from the closet and gather at the coffee table for a night of laughs.

The well-equipped open-concept kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all the gadgets and cookware needed to whip up tasty home-cooked meals.

Enjoy morning coffee at the bar with seating for three. Or gather at the adjacent dining table for six, positioned right in front of the windows to capture the fantastic mountain views.

In summer, make use of the barbeque grill on the patio for easy casual meals.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

This condo sleeps up to eight guests in the three bedrooms.

The tranquil master bedroom has a plush king bed and a 42” flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom offers a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom is perfect for kids, furnished with a twin bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination and a sliding door that leads to the hall.

Serving as another master suite, the third bedroom offers a king bed and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination.

Guest amenities include a full-size washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi. Unassigned parking is available for three vehicles in the outdoor lot.

This 3rd-floor condo is accessed via two flights of exterior stairs.

Ski shuttles are available to the Riverfront Express Gondola or Vail Village. The Beaver Creek shuttle runs 7 days a week and picks up in the parking lot. The Vail shuttle runs 5 days a week and guests are required to make a reservation.

Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
