Challenging but short hike up the Mount of Temptation to the Greek Orthodox Monastery of Temptation. Offers beautiful views of an area that has housed civilization for millennia.

Start in Ein Al Sultan and use the main dirt road to do a 30 minute - one hour hike up the Mount of Temptation to the Monastery of Temptation. The stone stairs leading upwards are quite steep and hiking can be challenging due to the fact that the whole trail is almost completely stairs and depending on how hot it is.

At the top, explore the Monastery of Temptation that is perched precariously on the mountain side and enjoy views that reach in to Israel, Jordan, and the West Bank.
