Originally a western retreat and cattle ranch, Harriman's State Park now boasts some of the most majestic scenery in the west. Elk, moose, deer, bear and a large number of various water fowl now flourish in the refuge-like atmosphere.
Explore Thurman Ridge or one of the 2 lakes on the 11,000 acre ranch. You'll be able to ride a safe trail, with a savvy horse matched to your riding ability, guided by an experienced wrangler.
This beautiful State Park is located near the Henry's Fork of the Snake River. Our licensed guides will provide you with custom trail rides to a variety of locations around the ranch. Ride amongst the beautiful wildflower meadows, view the awesome moose, listen to the elk bugle or photograph the Tetons Mountain Range.

I really enjoyed the ride. The wranglers are experienced, confident, and relatable. What an affordable way to get out on a horse and see the great outdoors in Idaho. Something different and I was shocked how time flew by!
