Hike to Upper Caney Creek Falls
This short trail drops into the Caney Creek Canyon, hitting the waterfall in just 1 mile. The hike also involves a creek crossing – be sure to watch for slippery rocks – and a steep section of trail as you climb out of the canyon.
Kinlock Falls
Kinlock Falls is a short family-friendly out-and-back trail off of Kinlock Road located near Haleyville, Alabama. This is a great spot for relaxing or stopping by if you're passing through. The parking area is on the side of the road just south of the bridge.
Dogs are welcome on the trail but must be on a leash.
Hike to Dismals Canyon Falls
This is a short and pretty trail, great for the whole family. Glowworms, called dismalites, are a special attraction in the summer.
