Take a ride in a snowcat for one of the most unique excursions in the Eastern Sierra. Experience the sights and sounds of the backcountry in the heated comfort of a luxury snowcat.

After a day on the slopes, celebrate a spectacular view over the Ritter Range and the Minarets with a champagne toast at one of Mammoth’s most scenic locations. At the conclusion of the tour, enjoy chocolate covered strawberries, a charcuterie board, and a glass of wine while the sun sets over the Sierra peaks. Kids will be offered a waffle sundae and build your own hot cocoa bar. Adults $60; Children (12 and under) $28.

Tours leave Mammoth Mountain Inn at 3PM, Friday–Sunday, and select holidays. Each snowcat holds 12–14 people. Reservations required – call 800.MAMMOTH.

There is also a mid-day option available for those less interested the sunset views. The Minaret Vista Midday Tour departs Mammoth Mountain Inn at 1PM, Friday–Sunday, and select holidays.
