Ten Sleep, Wyoming
Description
Added by George Bruce Wilson
You'll most likely have this place to yourself. Close to the town of Ten Sleep (pop. 250), which has everything you'll need. There are plenty of spots to set up camp near canyon.
Ten Sleep Canyon is one of the best places to climb in the US. Located in North Central Wyoming, it is home to almost nobody other than the wild life. The closest town is Ten Sleep, population of about 210 people. The town has everything you might need: a coffee shop with Wifi and a great Bar with awesome food.
The Canyon itself is all sport climbing with hundreds of routes and potential for hundreds more. Most of the climbing is on one side of the canyon, leaving potential for plenty of other routes all over. The routes are long and not very steep in most areas. The quality of rock is some of the best.
Most people camp on the old dirt road; there are spots to camp all along it. Please practice leave no trace ethics and have fun getting pumped out of your mind.

Rock Climbing Ten Sleep Reviews
World famous climbing & has routes for any level and most styles. A must if you are in the area. It can get pretty busy in the summer, especially The Mondo and it will pay to talk to the locals for recommendations, especially depending on the time of day and year are going.
