Washington Park offers unparelled opportunities to see orcas from land. Easy, family friend hike that is a choose your own adventure each visit.

Park in the second lot after entering the park. Just past the campground restrooms is the start to a paved, loop trail that is about 2.5 miles. From the loop you can veer off onto trails that will connect back to the loop. You also can access a picnic spot (the orcas in the picture were seen from here) and a beach with great tide pools.
