The North Point and Badman's Cave Trail is perfect for hikers and trail runners who want a gorgeous forest setting. The trail is open for use year-round, but is best travelled from March - October. The North Point and Badman's Cave Trail allows dogs, but they must be kept on leash. This trail is a great location for seeing wildlife. 

Soapstone Lookout Loop is a 2.9 mile loop hike that takes you past scenic views located near Ellington, Connecticut.

Lemon's Ridge Pass is a 3.6 mile out and back hike that takes you past scenic views located near Bend, TX.

The Toklat East Branch Trail doesn't require any stream crossings, making it a preferable backpacking location. Wildlife such as grizzly bears, wolves, caribou, and sheep are often sighted. Be aware of the temperature drop and high winds at night if you are camping. Make sure to secure a permit. 

Westwoods Loop Trail is a 2.5 mile loop hike where you may see beautiful wild flowers located near Guilford, Connecticut.

This trail begins gradually by following a fork of the Beaverkill River, leading you to an uphill climb to Sugarloaf Mountain. You will then pick up the Devil's Path. Just before you reach the summit, you'll see a short side trail that leads to an incredible view of the High Peaks. This trail is perfect for experienced hikers or backpackers who are seeking a bit of solitude and a good workout. 

Breakneck Pond Loop Trail is a 5.9 mile loop hike that takes you by a lake located near Stafford Springs, Connecticut.

Take the Benson Grade trail to Pioneer Loop part 1 --> Freak N Nature --> Greywalls --> Mossy Connector. There are a variety of trails that connect within the loop, so make sure to grab a map before starting out! 

Kaspian Campground is a short walk from the shores of Lake Tahoe, less than 10 miles from popular Meeks Bay. The campsites are relatively private and are surrounded by pine and fir trees. Oak Creek Canyon is a great spot for exploring and hiking off of Buoy 51 on Lake Powell. The hike from Navajo Steps will take approximately 45 minutes each way. Campsites in Oak Bay are a premium choice. This area of Lake Powell can be accessed from Wahweap Marina and Bullfrog Marina.
